本政策适用于 Chrome 扩展「动览 · 媒体预览器」（以下简称「本扩展」）。开发者为个人开发者，联系邮箱为 xiaoyaozi1206@gmail.com。

本扩展的功能是：在 Chrome 中直接预览图片、音频、视频，以及 SVGA、PAG、VAP（MP4 容器）、Lottie 动画，避免服务器通过下载头强制保存文件。本扩展没有自建服务器、没有用户账号系统、没有付费内购。

2. 我们收集哪些信息

2.1 不收集的信息

本扩展不收集、不要求你提供以下信息：

• 姓名、电子邮箱、电话、地址等身份信息
• 账号、密码、支付信息
• 浏览历史清单、网页正文、表单内容
• 设备指纹、广告标识、分析统计数据

本扩展不使用 Google Analytics、不使用广告 SDK、不嵌入第三方统计脚本。

2.2 仅保存在本机的偏好

为了记住你的设置，本扩展使用 Chrome 提供的 chrome.storage.local，只在当前浏览器配置中保存：

• 总开关是否启用
• 图片、视频、音频，以及 SVGA、PAG、MP4、Lottie 等格式开关
• 预览页背景偏好（例如毛玻璃 / 纯色 / 方格）

上述数据不会上传到开发者邮箱或任何开发者服务器，也不会通过 Chrome 同步到我们可控的云端。卸载扩展后，Chrome 会删除这些本地数据。

2.3 你主动打开的媒体地址

当你在地址栏打开媒体直链、在预览页粘贴链接或拖入本地文件时，浏览器会向该文件的原始地址发起请求，或在本地读取该文件，以便解码和播放。这些文件内容只在你的设备上处理，不会被转发到 xiaoyaozi1206@gmail.com，也不会上传到开发者服务器。

开发者无法看到你打开了哪些网址或哪些文件。

3. 权限使用方式

本扩展申请较宽的网站访问权限，是因为图片、音视频和动画直链可能出现在任意域名。本扩展不读取普通网页的 DOM，不向普通网页注入内容脚本。

在总开关开启时，本扩展可能进行如下处理（均可在弹窗中关闭总开关或关闭对应格式后停止）：

• 图片 / 音频 / 视频：去掉响应中的强制下载头（Content-Disposition），并把 Content-Type 改成与扩展名匹配的 MIME，以便 Chrome 内联预览。
• SVGA / PAG / MP4 / Lottie：当地址栏导航指向这类文件时，重定向到扩展自带预览页。
• 跨域：仅当请求由本扩展自己发起时，才补充 Access-Control-Allow-Origin，以便预览页加载该资源。不会给任意网页放开跨域。

storage 权限仅用于保存第 2.2 节所述本机偏好。

4. 第三方与 Cookie

本扩展不设置自己的 Cookie，不使用本地广告追踪。

安装、更新、分发由 Google / Chrome 网上应用店提供。Google 如何处理你的 Google 账号与商店数据，适用 Google 自己的隐私政策，开发者无法控制。

若你打开的媒体文件位于第三方网站，该网站仍可能按自己的政策记录访问日志（例如服务器 access log）。这属于该网站的行为，不是本扩展收集或回传的数据。

5. 分享、出售与保留

我们不出售、不出租、不与广告商或数据经纪商分享用户数据。因为没有自建后端，开发者侧不存在服务端数据库，也就没有服务端保留期限。

本机偏好保留在当前 Chrome 用户配置中，直到你更改设置、清除浏览器数据或卸载本扩展。

6. 你的选择与权利

• 随时在扩展弹窗中关闭总开关，停止改写响应头和地址栏拦截。
• 随时关闭单个格式开关。
• 通过 Chrome「扩展程序」页面卸载本扩展，以删除本机偏好。
• 如需查询、更正或删除与本政策相关的信息，或对本政策有疑问，请发送邮件至 xiaoyaozi1206@gmail.com。由于我们不保存你的浏览或文件数据，通常没有可提供的服务端副本。

7. 儿童

本扩展不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。若你是监护人并认为儿童向我们提供了个人信息，请发邮件至 xiaoyaozi1206@gmail.com，我们会协助处理。

8. 安全

本扩展不把媒体文件或设置上传到开发者服务器。播放器脚本和 WASM 均打包在扩展内部，不从第三方地址加载可执行脚本。请从 Chrome 网上应用店或你信任的来源安装，并及时更新浏览器。

没有任何系统能保证绝对安全。请避免在不信任的网页上打开来源不明的可执行内容。

9. 政策更新

若信息处理方式发生变化，我们会更新本页并修改「最后更新」日期。重大变更时，我们也会尽量通过商店说明或扩展更新说明提示。在更新生效后继续使用本扩展，即表示你了解更新后的政策。

1. Who we are

This policy applies to the Chrome extension “Donglan Media Preview” (the “Extension”). The developer is an individual publisher and can be reached at xiaoyaozi1206@gmail.com.

The Extension previews images, audio, video, and SVGA, PAG, VAP (MP4 container), and Lottie animations in Chrome, instead of forcing a download. It has no developer-operated backend, no user accounts, and no in-app purchases.

2. Information we collect

2.1 What we do not collect

The Extension does not collect or ask for your name, email, phone number, address, account credentials, payment data, page content, browsing lists, advertising IDs, or analytics events. It does not include Google Analytics, ads SDKs, or third-party tracking scripts.

2.2 On-device preferences only

To remember your settings, the Extension uses Chrome’s chrome.storage.local to store, on this browser profile only:

• the master on/off switch
• per-format toggles (images, video, audio, SVGA, PAG, MP4, Lottie)
• player background preference

These values are not uploaded to the developer or to any developer server. Uninstalling the Extension deletes them.

2.3 Media you choose to open

When you open a direct media URL, paste a link, or drop a local file, Chrome requests that file from its original location or reads it locally so it can be decoded and shown. The bytes stay on your device. The developer cannot see which URLs or files you open.

3. How permissions are used

Broad site access is requested because media URLs can appear on any host. The Extension does not read the DOM of ordinary web pages and does not inject content scripts into them.

While the master switch is on, the Extension may:

• remove forced-download headers and correct MIME types for image, audio, and video responses so Chrome can preview them inline;
• redirect address-bar navigations to .svga, .pag, .mp4, or .lottie files into the built-in player;
• add a CORS header only on requests initiated by the Extension itself, so the player can load that resource.

You can stop this at any time by turning off the master switch or individual format switches. The storage permission is used only for the on-device preferences above.

4. Third parties and cookies

The Extension does not set its own cookies and does not run advertising trackers. Installation and updates are provided by Google / the Chrome Web Store; Google’s handling of your Google account is governed by Google’s own policies.

If a media file is hosted by a third-party site, that site may log the request under its own policy. That is not data collected or sent by the Extension.

5. Sharing, sale, and retention

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with advertisers or data brokers. There is no developer-side database and therefore no server-side retention period. Preferences remain in your Chrome profile until you change them, clear browser data, or uninstall the Extension.

6. Your choices

• Turn off the master switch to stop header changes and address-bar redirects.
• Disable individual formats in the popup.
• Uninstall the Extension from chrome://extensions to remove local preferences.
• Email xiaoyaozi1206@gmail.com with questions or requests. Because we do not store your browsing or file data, there is usually no server copy to export or delete.

7. Children

The Extension is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. Guardians may contact xiaoyaozi1206@gmail.com.

8. Security

Player scripts and WASM are bundled inside the Extension and are not loaded as remote executable code. Please install from the Chrome Web Store or another source you trust, and keep Chrome updated. No system is perfectly secure.

9. Changes

If our practices change, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you are aware of the revised policy.
